- Degrees (bachelors and doctorates) in biochemistry, philosophy, clinical psychology, cognitive science, and law

- Leadership and wellness coaching since 2015

- IT executive career for over 20 years in technology: quality, risk management, and compliance

I started my career in tech because, as a GenX, I was introduced to it at such an early age. Bulletin boards and Pong got me hooked, and although I'm glad I don't have to use AOL anymore, I do look forward to the next thing that makes the current tech obsolete. I worked my way through school and found my talent in information. Long story short... the balance of just enough right information to make the most accurate yet efficient decision. That's driven the rest of my career.

Throughout my time in tech I created programs to train and mentor people. I found few things more enjoyable and rewarding than helping someone find their talents and learn tools for continued growth and success. My personal interest has always been about the brain and how we learn. The biochemical and physiological aspects of learning. I've developed my programs of Habit Based Change and Thoughtful Communication based on that science.
