What? Coffee supplements? Do not make coffee more complex you say? Hey it’s not me, it’s the market! Ever since Starbucks introduced the Mocha people have been adding stuff into their coffee to make it more… I don’t know, Phoofy. We like our decadent and rich coffee, so we add stuff to it. Let’s review of a few of my favorites, and the one’s I recommend you avoid!
Today’s post on eating out will focus on what you can do to make it a more healthy experience. The first thing I do is bring my own “stuff”. Stuff? How vague! Well, to call them condiments would be odd too. What do I bring and how do I make them?
This morning, after yoga, I made my bulletproof coffee. This time I added (in addition to the raw cacao butter that has become the staple), raw organic vanilla and organic collagen (https://www.upgradedself.com/products/bulletproof-upgraded-collagen-protein).
The coffee was frothy, sweet and delicious without any sugar. I wasn’t hungry all morning and am now about to grab some lunch. Still not starving though.
