Morning meetings, late lunch, and afternoon crunch time… all deserving of hydration that also gives energy and focus. This will be your new go-to drink:

 Our new favorite Iced-tea:

1 teaspoon Jing Herbs American ginseng
1/2 Teaspoon (rounded) Teaki Hut Instant Black Tea
Sliced ginger
Sliced peaches

Add the tea and ginseng to a 2 liter pitcher, then add RO water. Add slices of ginger and peaches to taste (I add about a 1/2″ of ginger and a half a peach). Shake well, let this marinate 24 hours for the best flavor.

Great all-natural energy, negligible calories (only if you eat the ginger or peach parts), and absolutely refreshing!
