I have to be honest, when I first heard that you could LOSE weight by putting fat in your coffee I nearly had a heart attack!
I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. It goes against everything we have been told over and over again…
The science is solid.
And far smarter people than me have been indulging in this incredible Bulletproof coffee trend and losing weight at the same time!
Most people are starved of healthy fats – so when you consume the nourishing fatty acids in grass fed butter with your coffee you get a powerful cocktail that will kick start your body into burning unhealthy fat for fuel.
Plus, consuming healthy fats makes you feel full and stay full for up to six hours.
One word of caution though…
Don’t undo all your hard work by adding sugar!

• Brew 1 cup (8-12 oz.) of coffee using filtered water, just off the boil, with 2 1/2 heaping tablespoons freshly ground Bulletproof Coffee Beans.
• Add in 1-2 tablespoons of Brain Octane™ to the hot coffee (go easy, start with 1 spoonful!)
• Add 1-2 tablespoons grass-fed, unsalted butter or ghee (Kerrygold is best!)
• Mix it all in a blender for 20-30 seconds until it is frothy like a foamy latte
You’ll be amazed at how your body and mind responds to getting the healthy fats its been starved of…
… and after a couple of weeks your digestive system will turn into a fat burning furnace.

Have nothing else for breakfast except for one cup of Bulletproof coffee… be sure to add 2 full spoonful’s of butter.
