These are not “no-carb” due to the maple and honey, but they are a much more healthy version of an “oatmeal” type cookie. Use organic ingredients.

-2 cups of almond flour
-1/4 c. of honey
-1/4 c. of pure maple syrup
-1/4 c. of a almond butter
-1/4 c. of coconut oil (in solid form)
– 1 tbsp of cinnamon
-3/4 c. of finely chopped pecans
This one is easy! Mix all the ingredients together until moist and well blended. Spoon out and shape into a ball, then flatten. Who pecan pieces on top for decoration 🙂 I personally sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top.
A nice adaptation is 1/2 almond flour and 1/2 hazelnut flour, or pumpkin puree in place of the coconut oil. Enjoy!
